A comprehensive guide to the integration, hardware deployment, and operational architecture of TelComp Vision.

Simple Installation

How disruptive is the installation process to our ongoing factory operations?

Not disruptive at all. TelComp Vision runs on a dedicated, self-contained compact industrial computer box right on your factory floor. Because it processes everything locally, it doesn't drain your office internet bandwidth. We set it up using a split-network system, meaning your high-speed cameras communicate safely without interfering with your main corporate network.

Seamless Compatibility

Will this system connect directly with our existing factory machinery and PLCs?

Yes, seamlessly. Our system is designed to plug directly into your existing automation setup without requiring you to replace any hardware. We support all major industrial brands natively (including Siemens, Rockwell Allen-Bradley, Modbus, and PROFINET). The AI sends instantaneous pass/fail signals straight to your existing line control system with zero lag, allowing for immediate automated sorting or line stops.

Ease of Training

Do we need a team of data scientists or programmers to train the AI on new product defects?

No programming required. Your existing line operators can manage the system using our intuitive, visual click-and-drag software. By simply uploading a small batch of examples showing "Good" items versus "Defective" items, our software automatically trains itself. Updates are sent to the factory floor instantly over-the-air, meaning you can launch a new product line check with zero production downtime.

Real-World Reliability

How does the system handle varying factory environments, like shifting sunlight or dust?

We engineer the physical setup to be completely bulletproof against harsh factory environments. By pairing industrial-grade vision cameras with specialized, high-intensity strobed lighting shields, we completely isolate the inspection zone. This eliminates outside interference like changing overhead lights, shadows, or rapid conveyor vibrations guaranteeing 99.9% inspection accuracy around the clock.
